Learn how to make crunchy and cheesy Pizza Bombs at home with chef Varun Inamdar.<br /><br />Pizza bombs are destined to be a meal plan favorite for pint-sized and full-sized family members alike. Chewy and crunchy pizza bombs made of pizza dough that surrounds tangy pizza sauce, herbs, and a gooey knob of melted Mozzarella cheese perfect for Pizza Friday, after-school snacks, or absolutely no reason at all.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 2)<br /><br />- Kneaded Pizza Dough<br />- Refined flour<br />- 1/2 cup Pizza sauce<br />- Thyme<br />- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese<br />- 3 tbsp water<br />- 2 tbsp Refined flour<br />- 1 cup Bread crumbs<br />- Emami Healthy and Tasty Rice Bran Oil<br /><br />Method:<br /><br />1. Take the kneaded pizza dough and roll it out slightly into cylindrical shape on some refined flour<br /><br />2. Now cut the dough into marble-sized balls<br /><br />3. Take a marble-sized ball and roll it into a flat disk of around 2 inches in diameter, with the help of some flour<br /><br />4. Now, put pizza sauce, thyme, and mozzarella cheese on the flat-rolled dough; close it by applying water on all sides, and keep it aside.<br /><br />5. Do the same with all the remaining marble shaped dough<br /><br />6. Now, To make slurry take some water in the refined flour and mix it <br /><br />7. Put the round-shaped unfried pizza bomb into the slurry, coat it well and drop it into the bread crumbs <br /><br />8. Do this with all the remaining balls and keep it inside the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes<br /><br />9. Now, To deep fry, Take Emami healthy and tasty rice bran oil, put it in the frying pot and heat it<br /><br />10. Drop the pizza balls into the hot Emami Healthy and Tasty Oil and deep fry it.<br /><br />11. Once they turn golden brown, remove it and place it in a plate above kitchen paper, to drain out excess oil <br />
